Please complete and submit the form below. Grant requests are permitted to most U.S.-based, IRS-approved, 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. Contact information is only needed the first time a grant is made to a particular organization. If this is the first request made to an organization, please allow a week for approval. Contact us with any questions or concerns, including whether your Fund balance is sufficient to cover the grant requested and related fee assessments.
This grant recommendation does not represent the payment of a pledge or financial obligation. No goods or services were or will be received in consideration for this grant. I understand final approval resides with the Board of Directors, whose charge it is to see that all distributions are made according to the mission and purposes of Abundance Capital.
