Abundance Capital Intake Form
Note that Abundance Capital is a donor-advised fund platform, not a venture fund or a foundation. As such, we can not invest unless there is a donor recommendation.
1 Most purpose-driven businesses have many ways of measuring their impact beyond their products or market focus. The Impact metrics you choose are what we will track over the course of the investment. Feel free to add your own impact and financial metrics, too.
2 Additional disclosures will be required that include, but may not be limited to: major shareholders, offering documents, articles of incorporation, business formation documents (certificate of good standing), Tax ID, capitalization table/ownership structure, and a donor recommendation.
3 Note that if you do not already have an Abundance donor recommending a grant, Abundance Capital (as a donor-advised fund sponsoring organization) can not unilaterally provide a grant to your enterprise.
4 Please note that some donors, such as close family members or owners in the business may be disqualified due to IRS regulations related to DAF investing and self-dealing. Check with Abundance Capital or your tax advisor or business attorney to discuss qualified donor investors. Abundance is able to meet with your prospects and explain how DAF-based investing, lending or granting works.
