Since 2017, the organization has operated a 15-month discipleship program designed to support lasting recovery and a restored sense of purpose. The model is deeply relational. Participants move through a structured, biblically grounded program that combines curriculum, accountability, mentorship, and daily community life. The organization helps participants and graduates access housing stability, job placement opportunities, and ongoing connection as they rebuild their lives. In April 2026, Abundance Angels recommended a $100,000 concessionary loan to support Reconciliation Ministries’ core programming, housing stability efforts, staffing, and operational capacity. The capital was structured with patient, interest-only terms to reflect the realities of nonprofit cash flow and the long-term nature of recovery work. The investment supports a holistic model of restoration. By helping men move toward recovery, stable housing, employment, and community reintegration, Reconciliation Ministries contributes to stronger families, reduced cycles of instability, and healthier neighborhoods.
