Its flagship location will offer workspace, wellness amenities, and curated programming designed to help women build relationships, expand professional opportunities, and thrive personally and professionally. An Abundance Angel deployed $100,000 in impact-first equity financing to help bring the concept to life.

The Florence, formerly known as Moxie CLT, is a community-driven membership clubhouse designed to bring work, wellness, and connection together for women in Charlotte. Its flagship location will combine workspace, wellness amenities, social gathering spaces, and curated programming in one purpose-built environment.

The concept grew from a recognition that women often navigate professional development, personal wellness, and community connection through separate and fragmented systems. The Florence is designed to bring those elements together, creating a place where women can build relationships, support their health, expand professional networks, and participate more fully in the economic and social life of their community.

An Abundance Angel recommended a $100,000 equity investment to support the buildout, launch, and early operations of The Florence’s first location. The investment is part of a broader $2.2 million capital raise supporting the company’s flagship launch.
