Based in Greenville, South Carolina, its model helps clients access professional back-office support without the cost or complexity of building a full in-house team. For many small firms and entrepreneurs, administrative capacity can become a barrier to growth. Legal documentation, client communication, compliance support, workflow management, and day-to-day operations all require time and expertise. By providing outsourced professional support, TMH helps small businesses and practices operate more efficiently and focus more attention on serving their own clients. In December 2024, the Village Launch Catalytic Pooled Fund recommended a $50,000 loan through Abundance Capital to support TMH Para Support Services. The capital was intended to provide working capital for continued growth, staffing capacity, technology systems, and client acquisition. The loan remains active.
