TrueLine is a future Greenville, SC downtown entertainment venue designed to attract national touring acts, support local performers, and contribute to Greenville's growing creative economy.

In 2023, Greenville, SC, was growing rapidly, but the city still lacked a mid-sized music venue capable of attracting many national touring acts. TrueLine was conceived as a downtown entertainment venue designed to fill that gap while creating jobs, supporting artists, and contributing to Greenville’s growing creative economy. TrueLine was envisioned as a purpose-built live entertainment venue, designed to host national touring acts, local performers, community events, and other cultural programming. The project aimed to strengthen Greenville’s growing creative economy while creating employment opportunities across hospitality, production, food and beverage, and event operations. In December 2023, Abundance Angels recommended a $60,000 equity investment through a special-purpose vehicle that is participating in the development of the venue. The investment aligned with the belief that arts and entertainment infrastructure can play an important role in local economic development, supporting both jobs and small-business activity in surrounding districts. Like many early-stage development projects, the long-term outcomes will ultimately be determined over time. The original investment thesis centered on strengthening Greenville’s creative economy and supporting a community asset designed to bring people together through shared experiences.
